Screen: All screens

Issue: Now and again i will be working on the servicedesk and when scrolling with the scroll wheel it wont scroll, i have to use the vertical scroll bar to navigate. To fix this i have to close the servicedesk down and reopen, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
