Is there a script I can use to view in-progress (or any other status) ticket for users? Right now, if I have a user who can see all requests, when they go to the requests window, they have the following choices:

My Open Requests

My Requests On Hold

My Pending Requests

My Completed Requests

My Closed Requests

All My Requests

My Overdues Requests

Waiting for my update

Updated by me

Open Requests

There is no choice to view requests that are In-progress.
