Script to set field on execution of business rule
Hi Guys,
I have created a pick list field in the default request template called "Confidential" with only one option "Yes". The field name is UDF_CHAR3
I was wondering if anyone was able to provide a script that would automatically set this field to "YES" upon execution of a business rule that states if the Subject or description of the request contains the word "Confidential". ?
