Script to disable or change password on all requesters
I need a script to disable or change password on all requesters in our helpdesk, we are currently running ManageEngine SeviceDesk Plus 9.2 Build 9240.
The point of this is to disable the login for all existing requesters, resetting each requesters password manually through the web interface is no option.
Adding a feature to disable multiple requesters through the web interface would be a huge plus for us and others.
