Hi Team!

We are creating an integration between two instances of Servicedesk that allows us to forward a request from one instance of Servicedesk Plus "A" to another instance "B". Now we need to create a script where we can from instance "B" add a note in instance "A" or forward the last note created in instance "B" to intancia "A".  And in turn, a different script that allows us to update the status of the request from instance "B" to instance "A". 

To perform these actions, we have a field in instance "B" that will have the request ID of instance "A".

We are making tests with these scripts and that they can be executed from the custom request menu.

Do you have any ideas that can help us develop these scripts?
