Hello everyone,

I am needing help with the deluge scripting. I am not a programmer by any means and the system does not have simple option built into it for this request. 

I have a user that access the portal and selects request a service. From there they select Access request and fill out the form. Upon submission, the ticket gets created in the system and shows in the request field for a technician to pickup. What I am trying to do, is have that request duplicated so that one goes to the service desk and the other to a different department/group automatically. 

I have tried using the ZIA code generator integration and that is not capable of generating code for anything it seems
