Script execution timeout

First of all I would like to say that this product is fantastic. We are going to purchase a 200 user license this week. We have managed netscreens, cisco's & fortinet devices. The addition of the ability to execute commands from a secure will make the management of our devices a piece of cake.

I am attempting to use the script execution for something i am sure it was not originally designed and i am having troubles.

It is possible to update juniper netscreen firmware via a telnet or secure shell session. The command is save software from tftp <x.x.x.x> <firmware_name> to flash. This command will pull the firmware off a remote server and upload to a flash file. It is a labor intensive activity to do that across close to 200 netscreen firewalls. I would love device expert to push it out. (Which it does) It closes the ssh session though after it has delivered that command which kills the firmware upload. Is there any way to put a pause in the script execution to allow the firmware upload to complete?

I understand that the product was not designed for this however if we could make it work....what an amazing feature!!
