Screenshots in Notes and Worklogs
Just as important as the initial incident screenshot, we often need to have follow-up screenshots, whether that is directly related to the work on the incident or to changes subsequently made to address the incident.
From what I understand, both the notes and the worklog are unable to capture screenshots/screen clippings. What are people doing to workaround this significant omission?
