Hi,
I have developed an add-in for Outlook 2010 that uses your API
I put it into production in our company on 40 workstations and the result is unbelievable
now all of a sudden ALL of our employees are registering more requests and even our CEO and sales are taking more part in using Support Center Plus to create and manage requests
the increase in request creation is around 15%
I
would really like to take my add-in and take it further but to do that I need more features in the API
For example ability to get a list of possible groups for a Business Unit, Support reps. in a group
all Statuses in a Business unit, get all Priority options for a Business Unit
Update contact information
Because i cannot access the list of Groups and their Support reps.
I had to store it with the add-in and that works but it would be much better to get the information from the API
Also if i could query the API to give some information about the setup of SCP for example if business Units are enabled i could skip the part of enabling BU in the Add-in
After the Add-in has been configured it is only click to create a request.
I would also like you to try out my add-in and give me some feedback :)
