Mail Fetching process of SupportCenter Plus was stopped.
Restart mail fetching process.
We start the service and it stops again. We are using IMAP to fetch and it has worked fine in the past. Nothing has changed since this started happening. we have restarted the server (and mail server) since its started happening. We have also tried changing from IMAP to IMAPS with no luck on the outcome.
Mail loop and storm prevention have been disabled.
Has anybody else experienced these strange issues? Its been going on for about 1 month now and it's driving us mad and impacting customer SLA's as we are not able to get back to them in the agreed time due to not getting the e-mails.
We have been working with Manage Engine and sent logs and they have been on the system. We are now being told nothing can be done until Monday when the developers are in? So we have to wait another 5 days before it is even looked at. Disappointed to say the least!
Any ideas / suggestionsin the meantime would be greatly appreciated.
