scheduled shutdown of ServiceDesk

scheduled shutdown of ServiceDesk

We are testing SDP 7.0.0/7009 and hae noticed that sometimes the next morning SD is no longer resonding. We suspect that this may have something to do with the nightly backup running on the server.
So, I would like to shutdown SDP before the backup starts and then restart it after the backup has finished. To do so I've created a batch file which runs the following command:
cmd /k "C:\Documents and Settings\GBONLAdmin\Start Menu\Programs\ServiceDesk Plus ManageEngine\Shutdown ServiceDesk.lnk"
Basically all this is doing is running the shutdown shortcut link created during the installation of SDP.
Problem is that running this command then prompts the user with a dialogue box: "This will shutdown ServiceDesk. Do you want to continue? Yes/No". Is there a parameter is can pass with the (commands in the) link to automatically respond Yes to this confirmation?

Thanks in advance
Adriaan
