Is there a way to generate scheduled reports (with accompanying automated mailout) that concatenate data based on a specific timeframe?

for example - we wish to have a weekly report of server uptime, router uptime, alerts, etc over that 7 day period - but only those that occurred between the hours of 8am and 9pm in that seven day period.   Essentially, we wish to create a framework for SLA.
