We'll be carrying out proactive DB optimization in the US Datacenter for Desktop Central, Patch Manager Plus and Remote Access Plus. We'll be carrying out this planned maintenance to optimize a part of our user database residing in the US Datacenter.
Impact:
A part of our users will not be able to access the product console during the maintenance period. We'll be carrying out this maintenance on April 9th, 2022.
How long will the maintenance last?
The maintenance activity will take anywhere between 5 to 90 minutes.
How many customers will be impacted?
Only 10% of the customers will be affected due to this activity. The Remaining 90% of customers will not be affected due to this maintenance activity and will have complete access to the product console.
How to know if you're impacted?
If you're in the 10% mentioned above, you'll receive an in-product notification at least 5 days before the maintenance activity within the console. As we'll be carrying out this activity in batches, the time of this maintenance will vary with customers. You can also check the
