As part of our ongoing efforts to improve service reliability and resilience, OpManager Nexus Cloud will be carrying out scheduled maintenance for the China (CN) data center.

As part of this maintenance, the data center switchover is scheduled on Oct. 24, 2026 from 12pm to 3pm CST (4am - 7am UTC). During this period, the traffic will be routed to our secondary data center in Bejing. The switch-back to the primary data center in Shanghai is planned for Oct. 31, 2026 from 12pm to 3pm CST (4am - 7am UTC).

Our services will continue to operate during the maintenance windows, and no significant service disruption is expected. 

To help ensure uninterrupted monitoring during the maintenance, please add the following IP ranges to your firewall allowlist:

The OpManager Nexus Cloud China portal will remain accessible throughout the maintenance period. For the latest service status and updates, please refer to the status page.
