We have recently started using Desktop Central to patch all of our computers and servers. We currently the notification set up for certain users based on the groups we have created, that is fine.
What we have found is the staff in the company would like a reminder email one to two hours before it happens, this is just for the critical servers that we have to restart (fileserver, exchange etc) when patching takes place, At the moment this warning email is being sent manually to the company which is not ideal.
Can Desktop Central or ServiceDesk Plus (we use both) facilitate this? In short all we want the ability to do is to send an email automatically at the same time every week?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
