Scheduled Backup Password Reset
Hello,
We are running an eval edition of ServiceDesk Plus on Debian 12 and want to apply our official license file.
To apply our license file, we need to reset the default "Scheduled Backup Password".
I have tried this and get the following 2 errors:
- "Backup password cannot be retrieved. Please confirm to proceed."
- "Invalid Backup Location."
For the second error, I confirmed that the location is correct as there are backups being made to it and assume the file/directory permissions would then be correct.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
