Scheduled backup not working
Hello,
I migrated a SDP v. 14600 installation on Win server 2012 to a 2019 following the Manage Engine guide. After migration scheduled backup would fail with a Java exception, the mail report contained the suggestion to apply this query:
update Task_Input SET ADMIN_STATUS = 4 where SCHEDULE_ID = (select SCHEDULE_ID from schedule where SCHEDULE_NAME = 'BackupSchedule')
The result is that backups are no longer performed although the relevant options in the Admin sections are all active. I would like to add that none of the options can be changed without the error "The backup is in progress. You can only save the configuration once it is completed."
How can I enable scheduled backups again? In the meantime I upgraded to version 14840.
