Schedule Vulnerability Update - Notify When Task Finishes

Originally I had the option to Notify When Task Finishes turned on to e-mail me daily when the Vulnerability DB was updated.  I recently decided that I was fine with not adding an additional e-mail to my inbox everyday so I turned it off.  However, I am continuing to get these e-mails daily. 
 
Here is a copy of the current settings as they appear now....notice that the check box for Notify When Task Finishes is UNCHECKED.
