Schedule unavailability by time

Is there a way to schedule a Technician as unavailable based on the time of day?
We have a contract with a client that requires a technician on site daily from 8AM until noon. I'd like to reflect in the schedule that the technician assigned for that day is at the clients during that time.

The only option I find for scheduling requires a full day. This is only for 4 hours a day.

We also schedule technicians to go to clients days ahead of time for an hour or two and I'd like this to be able to be reflected in their schedule.
