Dear ManageEngine Support Team,

We are currently utilizing the Microsoft 365 Scheduled Reports feature in ADManager Plus to export data to our local server storage (as shown in the attached image).

The Current Behavior: We noticed that with every scheduled execution, ADManager Plus creates a completely new directory. It appends the report name along with the exact date and timestamp directly to the folder name (e.g., \omp-schedule-reports\Inactive Users Last 30 Days_2026_08_05_00_00_00).

We would like to know if it is possible to configure the export path so that the report is saved into a single, fixed/static folder (e.g., \omp-schedule-reports\Inactive Users Last 30 Days\), and the date and timestamp should only be appended to the file name itself (the actual exported CSV, Excel, or PDF file) inside that static folder, rather than generating a brand new folder for every single run.

Business Context: Having a fixed directory path is highly important for our automated integration scripts and ETL pipelines. When the folder name changes dynamically with every execution, it becomes very difficult for external scripts to systematically locate and process the exported files.

Could you please clarify if there is a native setting to achieve this static folder behavior, or if this should be raised as a Feature Request?
