Schedule Backup Fails

Hi All, 
I am getting the following message from Desktop Central when trying to back up via a UNC.

Insufficient Disk Space / Access Denied. Either you do not have sufficient disk space to perform the Backup operation or you do not have write access to the backup location.
Available free space [ 0 MB ], required  free

Drive has 389 gig free.

Permissions for everyone on the folder is set to full control read and write.
Desktop Central gives you a message if access is denied when saving the back up schedule.

I can do a manual backup to the same location with no issue. DesktopCentral_Server\bin\backuprestore.bat

Service desk is also backing up to the same location no problem. (Staggered times.)

Any ideas?
