hi guys , i have a problem

i installed agent on computers in other vlan , i can see that everything is ok , tshoot in agnet is ok , firewall is ok and computers connection to ports of server

but when i want to scan patch or scan asset  that computers , after 10 or 15 mins it occures error : Scanning timed out
