What we’ve confirmed so far:
The issue is intermittent and device-specific
Network connectivity is healthy
Required ports are open and reachable to the cloud servers
Other Macs on the same network are scanning successfully
Because of this, it doesn’t appear to be a general firewall or network block, but something tied to specific endpoints or the macOS agent behavior.
Has anyone run into a similar issue on only some Macs?
If so, were there specific logs, services, permissions, or agent settings that helped identify the root cause?
Any insight or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
