Scanning thin clients running XPe

Scanning thin clients running XPe

Hi

When Servicedesk scans my (HP 5720) thin clients that are running MS XPe it reports as 'Success - Workstation Scanned' but no data (hardware or software) is found during the scan.

Is this a known issue or is there something i need to change on the thin client?
