Scanning a seperate domain from the native one
At our facility we have two domains, we'll say A & B. Domain A contains the ServiceDeskPlus server (v6). Now I am trying to scan Domain B, and I can get service desk to connect to see all of the OU's but it fails when I try to perform the scan.
From running netstat while I do the change it looks to me like service desk is trying to connect using NETBIOS names, and not the FQDN, is this the expected behaviour?
