Scanned software report
I'm using ServiceDesk Plus build 6014
I am regularly auditing all my workstations for software. Now I want a report that tells me the number of copies of "Office" installed on my network but am having a difficult time finding that report.
Under "Asset" reports, I see there is an "Assets by Product" report and I filtered that report to show only the "Office Professional 2003"'s on my network, but I know there are some "Office 97"'s out there and I do not have Office 97 in my list of products because I started using ServiceDesk Plus just recently.
Is there a way that I can do a report and ask for scanned software with just the word "Office" in it?
