Scanned software not updating to latest version

Good morning.

We are on Version 10.1.2138.13.  We have noticed that several installed softwares (Chrome, FireFox, Zoom etc) are not updating to the latest version of the software.  Under Systems, some of them do not even show up as vulnerable systems.  When we search for the patch and machines missing the patch only some of them even show up as missing/needing the patch. 
Example.  Chrome current release is 116.  We have 315 total workstations with Chrome installed.  
280 of those are on 116. Of the 35 machines that are on 115 or older, DTC only shows 23 missing 116. 

Zoom and Firefox are even worse for us.

We have the latest version downloaed and approve and it is patching to most systems as it should.

My question is why is DTC missing so many updates and not automatically patching the ones that are obviously on the old versions. 

If anyone else noticed anything like this and figured out a fix, please let me know.
