hi

i have finally started to use the scanned software feature properly but am coming accross a couple of things that are a bit odd (i am running build 7502)

1) when looking at the software installed on a workstations and selecting windows 7 workstations it does not show any of the installed service packs, all software is listed under software details section and not under installed service packs. on windows xp workstations this is listed correctly

2) the issue as described under item 1 also applies to 2008 server, it works okay for server 2003

3) is it possible to have a report generated and emailed to me with unidentified software and prohibited software

4) when software is listed under free ware or shareware it does not seem to be able to associate minor versions like you can do under managed software, so i have ended up with all software under managed software and this allows me to reduce the amount of software packages by a third, would be great if this can also be done for shareware and freeware.

please let me know if you have a solution to the above 4 issues
