Scaned Serial Number moved to service tag
Hi Team,
Does any one have the same problem, we scan the desktops with SDP agent installed but the serial number picked up by agent is showing in service tag in assets.and keeps serial number field blank.
We requires the serial number captured to be placed in serial number field only.
