Scan - serial number
I noticed that on a workstation scan all the information was captured including the model number of the computer however the serial number was not recorded.
The scan was completed for an IBM Thinkcentre desktop computer. Any idea why it didn't find the serial number? That is probably the most critical piece of information recorded in a scan.
