We upgraded our installation of Servicedesk plus from version 8.0 build 8027 to 8.1 build 8106. When we did this we changed server and OS from windows 2003 to win 2k8 r2. We have some issues that I havent been able to fix.
1. Before the move we where able to scan windows 7 and windows 2k8 server after the move we are unable to do this. If I turn of the firewall at a server that I wish to scan I can scan it. If I have the firewall on but allow everything in and out I get that the computer doesnt respond and that it might be turned off. We use agentless scanning but I tried to install the agent and open the ports for the agent but it doesnt work either.
2. When we create a new incident sometimes for some requesters the user information is not added from the database to the form when we pick the requester. Or the information (Contact number, job title, department) is added but when you click somewhere else its removed. I tried to remove the user and the import the users from the AD but I still get the same error for one users that I have tried this on.
