Scan Now is not removing software from computer that has been uninstalled.

Software is still not removing from list for computers, when it has been uninstalled from computers. Even when we re-run the scan on the computer, the software stays there.

We have to manually go in and remove the software from the list for the computer, in ServiceDesk. Then re-run the scan.
