Scan Error
Hi there ! Please help me with this... The network scan does not show all the machines in the network of 1500 machine only two of them are shown i can manually add device by giving there ip address but rescanning the network also dont work !
The ip addresses are :
10.1.40.*
10.1.11.*
and so on...
I tried to add all of them but still why is the network scan not happening ! From my experience on other sites i have seen that after giving the network address, immediately the network icon of the machine shows busy for atleast 20 Minutes indicating that a scan is under progress but here it shows activity for 15 seconds approx and only few are scanned.
The machine is 512 MB Ram P4 1.8 Ghz with W2kProf and SP4.
Please help me !!
