Scalations is availabe for all licenses? How can I cofigure?

Scalations is availabe for all licenses? How can I cofigure?

Is there a way to configure scalations in Proffessional license? How can I procced that?

And I have another question, when a new incident is opened with severity HIGH is possible to assign it automaticly to a technican? If yes, how can I do that?
