Sample Category Groups, Sub Category and Items
Hi,
We are implementing our service desk but we are struggling to setup the category's, what Category's and sub Category's do you have?
We have 8 Category's each with about 15 - 20 sub category's at the moment but I feel the way its laid out will be to confusing for our users.
