I am trying to configure SAML authentication for ServiceDesk. After configuration I am able to login using my IDP, however instead of email id the login name and display name both appearing like - uuida3d76f75-0172-11a4-b01c-e172d25d1b04. I have tried configuring NameID with display_name, email, name, but got the same result. Do I need to make any further changes?
