Hope you are doing well.
Can you please share the configuration steps to arrange a user who is end user for Instance 1 whereas same user is technician in Instance 2.
At present, it has been noticed when a user login he can see dashboard with Instance 1 which is the list of Requests he raised for that instance i.e. Instance 1.
Whereas we didn't find an option on the user side to select the Instance 2 and access that.
We are not very sure; have we missed any configure? will there be Instance specific users/technicians? or anything else?
It will be really great If anyone can assist in the same.
