Same contact for multiple sites

Same contact for multiple sites

I would like to be able to have one contact for more than one site without the system removing that contact from the other sites. We have one contact for multiple rural hospitals and currently I can only assign his to one site. When I assign him to a second site, his name is removed from the previous site.
