Before, our requests were always reopened after they were resolved if the client sent a response (from "Resolved" to "Open"), we base our quality management system using this flow.

After the Update (10.0 Build 10014) something changed, and the requests are NOT reopened, they remain in "Resolved" and the answers are attached, the status of the request doesn't change.
