Runnung and startup config differes.

Hi.

I've installed and have begun configuration process of DE. Everything is fine. However there is one problem. I have cisco router 2821. It has a certificate configured on it with following commands:
crypto ca certificate chain <NAME>
certificate ca ...

After those statements goes a log hexadecimal sequence presenting the certificate itself.

The problem is that cisco present this sequence only in running config and in startup config it shows only a pointer to some place in nvram, where it is located.

So DE always shows incompatibility of running and startup configs in a piechart at its homepage for this router even while there is no differencies between them but that, mentioned above.

Is there any solution or workaround to this problem.
