I'm trying to run a report and or move user objects based on a custom attribute I've created in AD called studentNumber.  If I use the sample CSV below, I receive the following error:

I am able to populate this custom attribute using ADManager Automation.  I'm also able to update passwords using this custom attribute from CSV, but it doesn't work to generate a report or move user objects.  This custom attribute is defined in AdManager (see below).  I'm not sure what else to do.
