Running Opmanager NetFlow and Device Expert on a single box

I've been a very happy owner of NetFlow for quite a while now. I've been testing OpManager and DeviceExpert, and ready to buy both products.
So, I'd like to run all three apps from a single box, and have a few questions on how to do it.
First, MySQL database. Since I already have mysql installed for Netflow, I'd like to continue using it for OpsManager and DeviceExpert. Could you post instructions on how to do it? BTW, what's the admin/default passwd for mysql in Netflow Install?
Second, Tomcat. Is there a way to run a single instance of tomcat that runs all three apps? If so, could you post the instructions on how to do it?
