Running DeviceExpert in Vista
Hi,
Do you face issues in running DeviceExpert in Vista Business? If so, just follow the steps detailed below to fix the same:
The fix for starting DeviceExpert in Vista is available for download in the following url: http://bonitas.adventnet.com/deviceexpert/26Mar2007/script.zip
(1) Unzip the above script.zip under <DeviceExpert_Install_Directory>. (By default, the installation folder is C:\AdventNet\DeviceExpert)
(2) Make sure the following files get overwritten while applying the fix:
* scripts/run.bat
* conf/wrapper.conf
Now try starting DeviceExpert server. It should work. Please write to support@deviceexpert.com, if you need any assistance.
