Run ServiceDesk Centos

Dear

I want to install linux centos ServiceDesk but I can not start.

I installed java runtime and net framework,

error terminal:
Server is starting. This may take a couple of minutes ...
Unclean shutdown of previous run.
Failed to start the server. Please refer logs for more details
