Run Program Notification Not Working
Howdy,
We have setup a Run Program alert to remotely run a sound file on a computer when a number of devices experience some kind of fault.
The problem is i can't get it to work.
I can run the file from the Command line and it works fine. But when i enter the path to the file, and click test. it does nothing.
Is there anything i can check to see why it isn't running.
my batch file looks like this.
C:\psexec.exe \\pc477 -d -s -i -accepteula sndrec32 /play /close C:\alarm.wav
and the file exists on the remote machine. And as i mentioned before, if i run the batch file from the desktop it runs fine.
I have also tried entering the command directly into the Command Box, and also just the C:\psexec.exe into the command box and the rest into the arguments box. Still no luck.
