RSS feeds for alarms
2-3 years ago, I offered a suggestion for RSS functionality in OpManager in the forums and the OpManager folks seemed to think this was a good idea. However, such functionality still doesn't exist.
Do the OpManager folks ever plan to implement this? RSS feeds are handy for several things, including desktop widgets and integration into existing webpages. In our situation, we'd like to integrate an RSS feed of current alarms into our network services homepage so that end users can go to it and see that something is wrong.
Is this ever planned? Other netmon packages such as Nagios and Big Brother and Zenoss have this.
