routing change request approvals
is it possible to do the following:
- automatically have a request generate a change if it is required
- then automatically route change requests (one after the other) for approval and not allow any changes to the request except by the one it is currently routed to?
- then once the change is complete, have the change and request automatically resolved once something is placed in the resolution field?
we are needing an automated process for change management as part of our DC certification.
