Hi,

We have a router that's currently displaying Response Time: N/A, as well as packet loss: N/A.

This router is pingable, we can tracert,connect, do everything via Opmanager, (Availability, Memory and CPU usage are displaying correctly)  and the credentials are correct.  Anyone else come across this and have an idea as to the cause/fix?
