Router down but no alarme triggered ?

Router down but no alarme triggered ?

Dear all,

we use OpManager for 5 years, last week, I've totally re-install my server with release 8022, an discovery again all devices from a clean database, so most of parameters are default.

Last night, we had a breakdown on a wan router, I can see in the response time of this router that it did not reply to ping request for the time it was down, but no alarm had been created !!!

Do you know this kind of issue ?
