Router changed IP - unable to rediscover interfaces

Router changed IP - unable to rediscover interfaces

Hi,

We've recently had to change the primary IP address of our core Cisco router to fix some QOS issues. This then caused the device to appear as not available. I changed the IP address and now I can see Availability, CPU, Memory, etc but on the listed interfaces I'm not getting any traffic or utilisation like I was before the IP change.

I've tried to do a rediscovery on the interfaces but I get the error "Unable to rediscover the interfaces. Check et, etc". SNMP is working I would assume since I'm still seeing CPU and Memory stats. The interfaces still have their old IP address listed and there doesn't seem to be a way to manually change them.

Besides deleting and recreating the device is the a way to get the interfaces monitoring back? I'd like to keep availability history if possible.

OPManager version 8050

Thanks.
